African Council was proud to participate in the 4th Session of the UN Permanent Forum of People of African Descent, held at United Nations Headquarters in New York from 14–17 April 2025.

Our delegation engaged in discussions on the rights of people of African descent, the implementation of the International Decade for People of African Descent, and the path toward reparatory justice.
